On December 2nd at 8:00 AM, the lamp-lighting ceremony officially opened the conference. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Jerry Paul, the honorable president of IARC. During the ceremony's opening, Dr. Saumy Johnson, Dr. Shyam Sundar, Ms. Madhura Gauri Shevade, Dr. Jithin K. Sree, Dr. Manjush Karthika, Mr. Sriharsha Tatineni, and other IARC office holders were present.
